On June 1st, the smell of snags and onions filled the air as Pascoe Vale Rotary held a sausage sizzle fundraiser in support of the Fawkner SES. Held at Bunnings in Coburg, grill masters from both the SES and our club served up the tasty treats to appreciative customers.
Funds raised will go toward the children’s program at the Fawkner SES. The team at Fawkner do a wonderful job and our club was honoured to recently visit their station to learn about their crucial work.
The sausage sizzle fundraiser wasn’t just about the snags—it was also about showing appreciation for those who dedicate their lives to our safety. A big thank you to everyone who came out, volunteered, and donated.
